Every Silver Rein Media shoot is carefully planned to capture your story while prioritising the safety of horses, riders, spectators and the team.

To help everything run smoothly, please take a moment to read the important information below.

A 30% booking deposit is required to secure your chosen date. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is payable before or on the day of filming.

Due to the time spent planning, preparing and reserving your shoot date, deposits are non-refundable. Where possible, Silver Rein Media will work with clients to rearrange bookings in the event of unavoidable circumstances.

Drone footage is subject to aviation regulations, airspace restrictions and weather conditions.

Drone flights may need to be cancelled or altered due to factors outside of Silver Rein Media’s control, including temporary airspace restrictions, NOTAMs (Notice to Air Missions), local restrictions or safety concerns.

Where drone filming cannot proceed, alternative ground-based content may be captured where appropriate, or the shoot may be rearranged.

Silver Rein Media works within the equestrian environment and understands the importance of keeping horses and riders comfortable and safe.

Filming is carried out with consideration for horses, riders, spectators and the surrounding environment. However, participation in filming remains at the client’s own risk.

Clients are responsible for ensuring horses and riders are suitably prepared, and that appropriate safety measures are in place throughout the shoot.

Silver Rein Media holds appropriate professional and public liability insurance for its activities.

This insurance does not provide cover for injury, accident, loss or damage involving horses, riders, owners or participants unless specifically covered under the relevant policy.

Clients remain responsible for their own insurance arrangements and the safety of their horses, riders and equipment during filming.

Before each shoot, Silver Rein Media will discuss your aims, preferred style and key moments you would like captured to create content that reflects your story authentically.
